- Other secret (and not-so-secret) Sawhorse Media projects
- Helping friends develop Atlas Obscura, a site filled with weird obscure travel destinations
- Helping friends build Echo Atlanta, a phone system that helps people in Atlanta share stories
- Building On Bushwick, a blog about Bushwick and surrounding neighborhoods
- Playing around with cute little twitter creatures (clopsy / nibbins / flappydoodle)
Some things I've done
- Thru-hiked the Applachian Trail from Georgia to Maine (6 months, 2174 miles)
- Built TrailPhone.net, a phone / map system for Appalachian Trail hikers
- Produced a podcast called Dailysonic and a series of 1-minute radio dramas called Fuck You Robot
- Created an immersive sound play for planetariums called The Somnium
- Built News Groper, a website filled with parody blogs of celebrities and politicians
- Lived, studied, gardened, watched birds in Israel for a year
- Played crunchy ambient music on the subway
- Adopted a dog named Alex
