I contributed a little idea to The Photojojo Book and got a copy in the mail last week. The book comes out today. It's great. Everyone who flips through it agrees. Congrats to Amit for putting together an awesome book about doing photography.

Some things I've done

  • Built awesome websites for Atlas Obscura, Sawhorse Media, Echo Atlanta, and others.
  • Thru-hiked the Applachian Trail from Georgia to Maine (6 months, 2174 miles)
  • Thru-hiked the Cohos Trail with my girlfriend (2 weeks, 162 miles)
  • Built TrailPhone.net, a phone / map system for Appalachian Trail hikers
  • Produced a podcast called Dailysonic and a series of 1-minute radio dramas called Fuck You Robot
  • Created an immersive sound play for planetariums called The Somnium
  • Lived, studied, gardened, watched birds in Israel for a year
  • Played crunchy ambient music on the subway
  • Adopted a dog named Alex
